[Quoted] I also have run into this and have not found any information either from Oracle (undocumented error mesg) or the news group. I *think* how I solved it was by adding blank lines to the end of the .ctl and/or to the end of the [Quoted] .dat file. I am unsure as i tried many things in the process of solving the problem.
