Inserting domains into the repository

At my company we're currently porting an old application over to Designer 6. We've got
a large table that looks a lot like cg_ref_codes: it holds about a thousand domains. I'd
really hate to create them by hand using the RON, so I want to insert them in to
sdd_elements directly. Does anyone have an SQL script to insert domains into the
repository that I can take a look at?
