Oracle's XML Tools

I've recently looked at Technet's XML offerings. Everything *looks* nfity, but can anyone comment on their experience using Oracle's XML tools?
Also, what do these things cost? It's hard to imagine Oracle giving anything away, but the Oracle Store didn't seem to carry it (the only XML product was "Business Components for Java"). Perhaps these are loss-leaders like IBM's alphaworks?
