WebDB and Clients

From server:
I connect to the server using my IE - Url: http://myserver.mynet/WebDB
everthing is ok.
From a client:
I can't connect to the server with http://myserver.mynet/WebDB nothing is
[Quoted] ok. Error: Page not found
Why cannot I see the web pages from the client? Any suggestion is welcome
