Problem in install the oas 4.0.8

Hi all,
I have a conflict with the errorcode 'illegal move of the ole.dll' if i install my Oracle Application Server 4.0.8 on NT Workstation with SP 5. I think, i must install another ntmarta.dll. Is it correct?
