We fell back to the Migration Assistant for 8.0 because we couldn't find a version of it on the 8i distribution (8.1.5). I also searched www.oracle.com and
technet.oracle.com, and the only hits the Oracle search engines returned were broken links to places where the 8.0 version appeared to have been removed. Where did you find the 8i version?

After having some trouble with the 8.0 assistant and our 8i databases, we used MS Access' built in abilities to export to an ODBC data source. You sound like your database is small enough for that to would work without

much pain for you.
