Developer 6.0 vs Windows98. The MSVCRT.DLL

I have a problem very important.
I have a Oracle8 database and one application in forms 5.0 and 6.0.
Some modules gives a exception error by the MSVCRT40.dll or MSVCRT.dll.
The problem give only with Win98 SE. With NT or 95 the application has not error.
And i copy the dll from the CD into c:\windows98\system, too.
Help me!!!
Other idea?
