I can't tell for sure, but 12514 is often a
tnsnames.ora error. OEM has its own tnsnames.ora file to which you will
have to add entries. You can add them through OEM but I prefer to do them
by hand. That's because I put them in a certain order and add comments
which OEM can't handle.
