Oracle Enterprise Manager provides some of this functionality and a lot of other stuff too.
It's written in Java, therefore, it should run on the Blackdown Linux port,
however, I know people who
have tried and run into problems. Linux is not a supported platform for OEM.
I don't know of any GUI tools that will work with Oracle on Linux
