WebDB file upload: process_upload: who can explain this ?

process_upload: who can explain this procedure of wwv_testdoc package ?

I do not see any INSERT sql statement for data insertion into the wwv_document$ table !!

Who can explain to me how the process_upload procedure of wwv_testdoc package works ?

Is it possible to use and transform the WebDB file upload facility in order to load binary data
into an blob column of an application table ?
