Forms 4.5 to 6 - replacement for D2KSWINC.PLL

We have a number of applications developed using Oracle Forms 4.5 that we want to upgrade to Forms 6. One of them uses the D2K_SHOW_WINDOW_CENTERED procedure from D2KSWINC.PLL attached library.

When I run the application it fails when calling this routined. Is there a replacement for it (or a different way of showing a window centered)
