Hello,
I have oracle 8i on NT.
C:\>svrmgrl

ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve service name
SVRMGR>
Database is runing, listener and tnsnames are runing. I can connect to
database
from another user but I can not connect from my server
using SVRMGRL OR SVRMGR30
OR FROM sql*pluss.
