If you are using name resolution from the hosts file then you need to change hosts file on /etc/hosts on server side and on client side you need to change <drive>:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file. Which will do the job.
If you are using direct ip address then you need to change your listener.ora file as well as tnsnames .ora file on the server side .Where as in clients side you need to chage the tnsnames.ora file.
