Can I do this in WebDB?

Hi,
I have a table in Oracle ( 7.3.4) which, along with other stuff, contains a Posn_Nbr field and a Repts_to_Posn_nbr field for each record...

What I want to do is design a web page in WebDb that will allow the display of a 'tree' or drill-down from the top position to its subordinates..I tried the hierarchy wizard, but I get a 'No data returned, or you do not have privileges to view the data..' error, altho I can view the data in other ways ( forms, reports) in WebDb ....

Any Ideas as to how I can get this...?
