Hi Knut!

I had the same problem as you i found the following solution:

I started the Oracle WEB-Listener on a Solaris 2.6 machine with the oracle standard script as root "wdbstart <machine> <port>". I added in the start-Script wdbstart the following line:

setenv NLS_LANG german_germany.WE8ISO8859P1

and it works!!!!!!!
