A number of month ago (5-6) we experienced a 'similar' problem. We installed OAS 407/Oracle 805/NT SP4. Everything wen't smooth. Succeedingly we installed WebDB and a tool named "Oracle Workflow".
We got a similar message. It turned out that Oracle Workflow could not run
if a SP >3 was installed. Succeedingly we tried to de-install SP4 (made a
backup , , etc). So, we thought SP4 has been completely removed. Forget it
in our case). After installing SP 3 again, we had the same problems. Oracle
Netherlands ( let's say the person in question) had to agree the best
solution was to do """"Format C:"""", and install NT again with Oracle 805
with SP3.
In other words, I can not offer you a solution, but I think it's a good idea
to share similar problems . You do not feel alone. Besides there is a
possibilty that someone has a more constructive solution.
