WebDB and Folder Targets

I want to implement a WebDB site within a frameset, but the default (WebDB generated) target is "_parent," and it needs to be "_self."

Example:

href="portal.wwv_media.show?p_type=text&p_id=111&p_currcornerid=1&p_text id=110&p_language=us" target="_parent">

It seems you can specify the target for items added, but not for folders. Any help/advice would be appreciated.
