Before you install oas 4.0.8.x.x you should take a look at all the reported problems on the metalink account.

I had no success with installing both (4.0.8.0 and 4.0.8.1) and decided therefore to downgrade to 4.0.7 and wait for the release of 4.0.8.2 which should work.
