Oracle Designer 6 - Process Modeler 6.0.3.6.0 (Configuration 2.17)

he is crashing with a access violation (0xc0000005) in BPMOD60.exe .

it appears sometimes (2 times in 2 hours !!!) when:

• create a process step - cut this process step - include this process step (to get a new row)
• move a process step from one to another place

not often but we have some crashes reported
- create a flow

• include a flow
• create a organisation unit

We have more than 20 process steps.
If we have some of this crashes then we get a read only message then we try to open the diagram.
