Don't know, but at a talk given at the UK OUG at Birmingham in October, it was said (by an Oracle spokesman) that the big new thing in 6.5 will be Configuration Management (CM) of Designer Objects (e.g. entitied, table designs), and the ability to store Forms, reports and other files within the Designer Repository and undertake CM on them as well.
There will also be comparison facilities to enable you to compare different versions of the same Form to see what's different.
6.5 will not run on Oracle 7.x
