What is wise?

It depends on what you need.

Like each product Webdb has it's advantages and disavantages.

One big advise when using webdb, try to make your bussiness-logic on the server in pl-sql, combining
functions views and especially instead-of triggers on views give a nice result in webdb, even more they make that you can convert your applications easyly to any client-tool.
