ORA-00600 help!!!

Can anyone help with this:

Error message:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [SKGMBUSY], [1], [0], [0], [0], [], [], []
ORA-27100: shared memory realm already exists SVR4 Error: 17: File exists

Scenario:

droped the previous database and wanted to create another one. The previous database was shutdonw and removed all its related datafiles/control files. SID was dropped also and recreated in the environment variable. The error message occurs when do a

SVRMGR> startup nomount pfile=********************
