FORMS5_PATH= C:\orawin95\TOOLS\OPEN2K20\PLSQLLIB;C:\orawin95\OCA20\PLSQLLIB; C:\orawin95\TOOLS\DEVDEM20\DEMO\FORMS

You might as well do the same for REPORT_PATH=????

NOTE: there is no space in the path statement. DO NOT PRESS THE SPACE BAR. JUST ENTER THE DIRECTOR ENTRIES. Hope that helps
