HELP! (OAS 4.0.7 on Linux)

Hi, All! I need your help!
I've installed Subj (note: remote database on another server, DAD is working by SQL-Net)
All processes work fine. When I trying to call an application, this application not work. I found errors in log file WRB.LOG:
