Re: ORA-03121

Check your Oracle_Home directory and see if there is a network subdirectory ( it may be Net80 instead) - if it is Net80 you will need to create a network sub under Oracle_home and copy the contents of Net80 into it...4.5 and other older Oracle tools look for tnsnames.ora in the Oracle_home/network/admin directory..

You may be able, instead, to add a registry entry to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE...Software..Oracle called TNS_ADMIN and enter the Oracle_home/Net80 as the value...
