Oracle's Enterprise Manager Configuration

I want to set up the Enterprise Manager, but am having some trouble. I haven't been able to find any good documetation on configuring the listener, the agents, or the console.

Does anyone have some documentation they could send me, or know of a resourse that I could turn to?
