You can add DADs to the gateway configuration and point them any database/instance you have a TNSNAMES entry for and rights to build in -
You will, of course, have to install WebDb ( maybe only the Pl/Sql toolkit ) and create a site on the remote DB since the Pl/Sql code needs to be there to produce the html...
