oracle 7.3.4.0.0 installation - need help

[Quoted] [Quoted] My O/S is win 98. I have installed oracle 7.3.4 server by selecting custom installation and 'All Products'. When I get into the SQLPLUS, i get the following error.
ORA-03121: No interface driver connected - function not performed.
What could be the reason? Any suggestions please...
