Running Report Builder from PL/SQL package

I am still working with Oracle Report Builder. If I run reports from command line, it has some disadvantages (e.g. I must log to the Oracle everytime I run
report etc.) Is there any possibility how to run Report Builder from e.g. PL/SQL
package ?! I am currently using client version of Report Builder, may be in Report server there exists some possibilities ?
