Data Editor in QueryBuilder 2.5 and 6.0

In QueryBuilder you can change the data, depends on the right's for the tables.

In QueryBuilder you can change the data, depends on the right's for the tables.
In the HelpFiles there was a Note for Enabling/Disabling the DataEdior.
Note: Because the Data Editor enables you to change or delete vital data, Query Builder is shipped with the Data Editor disabled. Contact your system administrator if you cannot activate the Data Editor and you feel you should have access to it.
Now my question:
How can I disable the DataEditor because in my System the QueryBuilder
has the Data Editor enabled.
I've contacted my administrator but he don't no.
