[Quoted] Which version of OAS are you using? Which SP on NT? Which version of JInit? Because I was running on NT SP5, I had to use OAS 4.0.8 with Dev Server 6 (patch3) and JInit 1.1.7.18. OAS 4.0.8 does not support cartridges for Dev Server so I couldn't use that route. I also needed to use the static.html file included with JInit, not the one with Dev Server.
