Hi PD,
In Oracle Developer Forms, button colors (for non-iconic buttons) title bars and frames are controlled by the OS, window background, text color, item color, item text color, and iconic button color are controlled by the developer. You can create multiple sets of visual attributes and allow the user some degree of choice in these areas. Hope this helps.
