ORA-24334 no descriptor for this position Error?

hi,there,
I am developing web application with OO40 in ASP. everytime I used a
select sql which will return many rows of data to create a OraDynaset
object, i got the ORA-243334 error.following statement will have
ora243334 error:
set number_rs=db.DbCreateDynaset("select job_id from emp_job where
job_id>348",12)
but if I change > to = in the above example, everything will be OK!
Any help is highly appreciated!!
