Personal oracle 8 connect error

Hello,
Is there anybody who also came across the following problem, when trying to connect to the local starters database of personal oracle 8:
'The Oracle80.exe file is linked to missing export NZ80.DLL:nztpfvec.'
On this same pc are also intalled the clients for Oracle 7.0.3 and Oracle 8.0.5, could this cause the problem ??
