Oracle 805 installation on HP-UX 11.0 64 bit - LINKING TROUBLES!!!

Hi everybody,
we are installing Oracle 8.0.5.0.0 in a HP-UX 11.0 64 bit environment. During the linking rdbms executables phase we got this error:

Malloc is out of memory, leaks over 512k Out of memory
Error exit code 12

Do you have any idea?

THe kernel parameters meet the oracle specifics.
