Convert SQR to ORACLE Reports

Is there any automatic convertor that will convert SQR reports to ORACLE reports. I am working in an organisation that wishes to convert all SQR reports to SQL Oracle reports, and I am currently doing a cost benefit analysis. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
