Help! Key-binding in Oracle Terminal

This is all I want to do and I can't figure it out. In oracle terminal I need to map the key combination Control + D to a trigger which normally fires on the button press event of button41. I know how to enter in the Control + D in the binding column, but how do I refer to this trigger in the Action column????
