Oracle Developer Form 6.0 application

[Quoted] I built an application using Form 6.0. The base table is owned by schema s-1. I grant the schema s-2 insert, update and delete privileges. When s-2 [Quoted] uses the application, I get the errors frm-40501 and frm-40212. The 40212 [Quoted] error points to a field that is retrieved from a view owned by the schema [Quoted] s-3.

I tried creating a public synonym for s-3's view as well as recreating the [Quoted] view with read only provision and the errors are still there.
