There are 2 type creating message :
1. using command message, the 2nd parameter can be ACKNOWLEDGE or NO_ACKNOWLEDGE. If you use ACKNOWLEDGE, first your message will appear at the bottom bar, but if there is any other message issued, your message will appear as an alert window.
2. using alert, if you're using this one, your message will always appear as an alert window.
