Ken,
SQL*Loader is a database utility that is installed along with the database. To my knowledge, there is no option to selectively install it. I do know that the executable name changes depending on the db version. Try searching for sql*.* in the \bin directory, you may find that the filename is sqlldr73.exe or something to that effect.
