Reports 3.0 : Runtime Settings

I want to initialize the following parameters and make it permanent for specific reports.

Array Size            ARRAYSIZE
Buffers                 BUFFERS
Long Chunk         LONGCHUNK

Kindly tell me that how can I do this? I dont want to set these parameters as command line arguments
because than I have to change its definition in "Menus" also, which is installed throughout the company.
I want to save these parameters only with the reports.
