I have a suggestion which may work. If you have a Microsoft Visual tool like Visual Basic e.g. then use the ActiveX and implement it in a Froms application as an OLE-Object. There are COM-port ActiveX available from other companies (see www.activex.com). I worked with the COM-ActiveX in VB and with some other ActiveX in Forms but never with COM-ActiveX in Forms. So I do not now if this will work. Regards
