PO7 with Windows 95 vs PO7 with Win NT

Hi,
here is my problem.
the same Oracle database :
- is accessible without any problems with Personal Oracle V7(release 7.3.2.2.1 for windows NT). I'm on a NT NTworkstation.
- is completely inaccessible under personal OracleV7(release 7.3.2.2.0 for windows95).i'm also on a Win95 or WIN98 OS. I obtain the ORA-01157 error message which says " It's impossible to identify a datafile" but which one and why ?
I do not understand.
is anyone got an idea ?
