I have the same questions about WebDB: they claim that you only need a browser to maintain Oracle objects: till today I'm unable to alter tables, triggers and so on .... via WebDB

How about support on WebDB ? Why doesn't oracle has a newsgroup for this tool ? They spend zillions of $ on research, but how about customer support ? Is it Oracle's strategy to force people to call customer support instead of exchanging real world experience in newsgroups ?
