If I remember correctly you can use DBMS_SQL utility in forms indirectly. you just have to create a stored procedure in server and call the stored procedure with the parameter .. hope I understand your problem corretly

you can use DDL statements in forms utilizing the forms built-ins FORMS_DDL .
