Help with webdb components...

I have created a new site called TUTORIAL based on the TUTORIALSCH schema. I havent altered usernames and password created by the system. I have created a user (called ZETA) that can build webdb components in the TUTORIALSCH schema and I have stored these components coorrectly (I think). It seems all ok but...when I try to add one of the webdb components to the TUTORIAL site the list of webdb components I can add is empty. Whats wrong? I read many times Oracle WebDB documentation but i dont understand what I have to do... I'm a poor developer...please help me!
