You also need to set the desformat system parameter = no_ff
This is a file in the
$ORACLE_HOME/reports25/admin/printer directory.
You will see the no_ff.prt file. If you modify the height 1 it will not pad blank lines at the end of your report. You can also increase the width to the correct report width.
