Designer 2000 2.1.2 - Error CDI 20002

I have still the problem on Designer 2000 2.1.2/Oracle 8.0.5. I granted des2000_owner on executing on dbms_lock and dbms_pipe, I recompiled all the objects and reconciled the users. What can I do now?
