Connecting to WebDB from other machines

I have WebDB installed on Windows NT and I am able to use the browser on the machine that the database and webdb are installed on to see and browse the webdb site. My problem is that I cannot get to the webdb server from any other machine using a browser. Has anyone else seen this problem, and if so what did you do to fix it?
