If what you want to do is enter data in Oracle and have it entered into Accpac Plus automatically, there is no practical way to do that.

If you want to limit the data exchange to a small subset of all possible data, that may be possible. For example, if you want to process orders in Oracle, then export these orders and import them into Accpac, that is possible. But to keep both databases in sync, including customers, inventory, tax tables, ship-to addresses, vendors, payment terms... well, no.
